iTalki classroom not working - not getting refund for paid money. Fraud?
Hello all,
One time, iTalki classroom was not working for neither me nor my teacher, so we both lost 30 min and I lost my money.
After contacting iTalki support twice (both times received by "Breanna" who promised to fix my problem, but never returned to me) and sent an email to
[email protected] - I finally got a reply from some Valentina (after 1.5 months) saying that I will not be compensated because the tech department doesn't have time to investigate the issue.
To me this is approximating fraud. iTalki took my money by promising to deliver a service - which I never received.
<ol><li>Has anyone else had the same experience?</li><li>How can I get in contact with iTalki management to inform them about this case? I am sure this is not the type of customer service they want.</li></ol>
