 Best site I've ever seen so far is JapanesePod101.com. It's not free though but if you sign up you can a free lifetime account and 7-days free trial. It's a bit expensive for my taste but their system really works (Either that or my mind maps are getting better). I'm planning to sign up soon (I'm slowly getting convinced that it's worth the investment)

Try to subscribe to the learnjapanesepod.com podcast. That one's FREE. :)
