Tedd, she is having a problem with "followers".

Hi, Lisa. 

Go to your Friends list, click the "Following" button where you'll see a list of your followers. Right to each of the follower you wanna delete there is a special button Unfollow. 

Click it and you'll have no problem getting rid of your followers, lol. 

Unfortunately, it seems that currently this feature does not work properly. The Italki team could fix the problem. Anyway, if you are in expectation of privacy by hiding your list of followers, you may do it through some setting.  Soherearethestepsasfollows:  1. Настройки ->  2. Безопасность ->  3. Кто может просматривать мои последователи -> “только мои друзья” или "Только я". Надеюсь, что это может быть полезным.
