sick in bed
Can I use the phrase "sick in bed" if someone is in the hospital?
or I can use it only the case if someone is in the bed of his/her house?)
for example, is "He is sick in bed at the hospital." OK?

"...(sick) in bed" means in your own bed. "In hospital" is enough to tell me you are probably sick, or at least need some medical treatment.
"He's in hospital."

If someone has entered the hospital, we know it's serious, so there is no need to explain further. If someone is at home, we might say "sick in bed" to state the severity.

"sick in bed" = at home, not well, and in bed
It does not mean in hospital!
