I think you need to start working with a good teacher. The one who has a prospective vision and can explain things to you. Thanks god there are many of these kind of teachers here, so you can choose the one that you like better.

dear friend language is a tool yuor parents never taught you structure if you dont know very well no problem

You should try speaking with patterns. If you have enough practice, you can understand the English grammer structure easily.
