What does it mean when an older korean woman calls me lil bro?

So I've been hanging out with a Korean American woman (29) that is slightly older than me (just turned 29). She's very korean.

We usually hang out in small groups and we always sit next to each other. We are also the two left talking to each other at the end of the night or when the others go off walking around the club / bar. She's shy and slightly reserved and I'll make compliments and she will flirt with me once we both have some drinks (her head on my shoulder, spraying water on me, jokingly calling me out on random stuff, etc). However, she called me "lil bro" the other day (I'm slightly younger) and I'm not sure how to take it. I know in some Asian cultures they call each other brother / sister and some have different meanings (they like each other, they see each other just as close friends, etc). I was wondering how I should take this. I definitely have feelings for her.

I don't know. I am curious to know what you mean by "she is very korean". Depending on the detail, I can probably provide you clear answers.. Please don't just say she is a typical korean.. I don't know how you guys look on korean girls..

When it comes to "lil bro",... well have you tried to be a man to her? like a boyfriend? If you have done, I guess she has already noticed something from you and tried to be away... I guess..

Good luck..

Dude. If she calls you "Lil Bro" in English or says something along the lines of, "Oh, you're just a baby," that's like perfect bait for you to tease back. Personally, I would give her the wink, a smirky smile, and retort back with something like, "Lil Bro? I know. Poor you . . ." Then again, YMMV, right? Just don't be unreactive and boring.

It really depends. Most girls usually call their boyfriends oppa 오빠 meaning older brother. It's not like in America where it means she's friend-zoning you, if that's why you're asking. It's just a sign of endearment. But to be honest, I don't hear girls say "lil bro" in English or Korean. Like I said, it really depends. Sorry for a vague answer

P.S. she's very Korean? haha
