밖에 = 뿐 only

업써 = grammer is not correct....없어 is right.

-> 우리 동생을빼면 아무도 없다 ...즉 동생만이 나를 이해해준다....내편이다...이런뜻입니다. 

역시 울 동생 밖에 업써

역시 (나를/나의 마음을 알아주는 사람은) 우리 동생밖에 없어.
