¿ Puedes llamar a Laura?

"se puede" is like "it's possible" or "can I/we" . If you are trying to ask somebody to call Laura , use "puedes..." or "Usted puede..."

The correct way to say it is : "¿Puedes llamar a Laura?"

 

The translation of : "¿Se puede llamar a laura" would be : " Can we call laura?"
