My method: trying all the methods that I hear about, and at last, I create my own method :D

Use mnemotechniques, have fun, read and listen about things that interest you, at the beggining don't learn so much grammar, it's really demotivating when you start a new language. Many rules will just sink into your head after some time.

Very good way is also simultaneously reading and hearing the same material, works great :)
