Unfortunatley this will probably only apply to French learners living in Canada. But I have found that Columbo (dubbed in French) is VERY easy to follow.

My husband who is bi-lingual thinks that they have had to slow the speech down to match the mouth movements of the actors, thus making it easier to follow.
