How do I learn to read Hangul faster. Like I know it, but I want to read it quickly. So basically.. It takes me like 15 seconds to figure out three words. I just want to read quickly.

I think that dictation practice is helpful to read Korean words quickly. If you take so much time to figure out a word, that means you are not familiar with the Korean alphabets. Please practice Hangul thoroughly before you get into the vocaburary part.
