As an English teacher, I often notice that my students make the same little mistakes no matter their level. Let’s look at 3 of them
1. ❌ I’m agree ✔️I agree
Agree is a verb, so we don’t need am.
Example:
• ❌ I’m agree with you.
• ✔️I agree with you.
2. ❌ He go to work every day ✔️He goes to work every day
Don’t forget the -s in the 3rd person singular.
3. ❌ I’m boring ✔️ I’m bored
I’m boring means you make others bored.
Example:
• ✔️ I’m bored = I feel bored.
• ❌ I’m boring = I’m not interesting!
Tip: When you notice your mistakes, don’t feel bad, it means you’re learning!
