"It's snowy." or "It's snowing".
What is the difference between :
"It's snowy" and "It's snowing".
"It's rainy" and "It's raining"?
When do we use these sentanses?
Did I correctly translate them into Russian?
"It's snowy"-"Снежно."
"It's snowing" - "Идёт снег".
"It's rainy" - "Дождливо."
"It's raining" - "Идёт дождь."

The adjective is the fact that it tends to snow (and stop), to rain (and stop).
The gerund is to describe that it is effectively happening right now (it rains, it snows)
