I'm not sure what you want to say with "chiaro". "Chiaro" means "clear", both literally and metaphorically.
About the articles: in this case it's preferable to use indefinite articles, because you're not talking about a specific kitchen or a specific bathroom, but rather about a generic kitchen (so "una cucina") or a generic bathroom (so "un bagno").
