In last week I have bought a punching ball on Decathlon online. This is for boxing training and building up my muscle. Today I recieved a E-Mail from Decathlon and my punching ball is ready to get. So in afternoon I got the punching ball and install it at home. Then I made a training and I dripped soon sweat. This is very good. But there is a problem that the boxing might be influence my neighbor. I am going to ask him about this, when I meet him.
