English always starts with a capital letter: 'I want to learn English.'

'Pretend' is not the right word here, it does not make sense. Emilia's suggestion is correct.

you could also say : .....Hello everyone. My name's Rafael. I am from Brazil and I really want to learn english. I would like to travel.
