Korean letters can't be written on their own. They have to be written as part of a sylable group. When a the only sound in a sylable is a vowel, you add a silent 'ㅇ' letter before the vowel. You can't put ㅅ at the end of a sylable because it is pronounced more like 't' when it comes at the end of a sylable so you have to place it in a new sylable with the 'ㅡ' vowel sound after it.
So your name is written:
A = 아
na = 나
su = 스
를 is the object particle marker. It identifies the object of the verb in the sentence.
In the title:
한국어 = Korean language
를 = object marker
배우다 = the verb 'to learn'
