It is rainning today.

I wake up very late,about 2:00pm . lol

I look out of  the window,  It's rainning outside.

I love rain. To watch the rain,to hear the sound of rain. but I don't like touch rain.

today is rainning. -> It's raining today. OR Today, it's raining.

I'm very late wakeup. about pm 2:00 lol  -> I woke up very late... about 2PM lol. (I woke up really late sounds more native but I woke up very late is okay, too. ^_^ )

and I look at the window. outside rainning. -> And I looked out the window. It was raining outside.

I love rain. see rain..and rain sound. but I don't like touch me rain. -> I love the rain... to see the rain and the sound of raining but I don't like getting rained on.
