Although I went to have a flu shot...

I had a cold.. Actually I went to have a flu shot a few days ago, but maybe I caught the common cold virus from patients there. That is a reason, I think. I had a fever, a sore throat, and a cough, but today I got better! I've still talked in a snuffle though. I hope I will completely get well early :)

but 病気から?　はい。　That is the reason  -> That is how + I got sick. + I think.

だから、You can say:

(^_^)

I think that is how I got sick. (informal & most common)

or

I believe that is the reason I am ill. (formal & elegant)

そしてて、

I hope I will completely get well early :)

This does not sound natural.
You can use these words instead:

get well = recover          early = soon

So, you can say:

I hope I will completely recover soon.

or

Soon I hope to recover completely.

OR!

I hope for an early and complete recovery!

Soon is a preposition of TIME. Early is an adjective BUT can be a TIME word.

I had  cold.. Actually I went to have a flu shot  test(?) a few days ago, but  I caught the common cold because of the virus from the patients there. I think that is the  reason. I had  fever,  sore throat, and  cough, but today I got better! I still snuffled while talking  though. I hope I will completely get well sooner.
