香水的味道
我没想到香水的味道会改变我周围的一切。这种特别甜蜜的滋味（味道）让我觉得更幸福，就像季节变成了夏天。冬天之中这一块夏天使我的情绪昂扬.....
If u dont want use 味道，u can use香味by the way 香味can use for if u think it has a great smell.food,flower ,anything.)）
滋味is usually use for food,u are in China.I think u know dicos ,the ad.said that 我要我的滋味
冬天之中这一块夏天 I cant understand what u want to express.if u want to say about in winter the smell of perfume like in summer.We can say 冬天之中这种甜蜜让我感觉像在夏天一样，使我……I dont konw what the main point u want to express.I'm a litte confused.So i'm not write down after the 使我.U can tell me in English,I will think about it.
情绪it's name for the cry,angry,laugh and so on.we use less express oursevles,it usually use for express others ,when a people tell to another,like 他今天情绪不好，好像有心事（he is not good ,it seems that he has worried about sth.）
情绪always use for bad.
闹情绪
A:哥们，今天你怎么了？（Hey,what's up,man?）
B:女朋友今天跟我闹情绪（My girlfriend in her moods today.）
情绪低落
他考试没有通过，情绪很低落。（He is feeling down beause he didn't pass the exam. ）
昂扬usually use for revolution,positive things,like斗志昂扬,奋发图强,永不停歇（High spirit, and strive to be strong, never stop）

气味是用鼻子闻到的，是看不见的，例如你做的菜很香，就是气味
味道是用舌头尝到的，也是看不见的，例如你做的菜味道很好，就是味道
但是，你做的菜很香，也包含着味道和气味的意思
