Hi, I wonder if can a boss fire someone whenever he wants? Has an employee any right for this situation?. Shouldn't the Boss notice to this employee one or two month earlier before fireing? Does he pay any money to fired employee for the compensation? Boss call the employee and sad to him/her the he/she fired, is it enough? If they are all true, that is terrible. In this situation all employee sleep at night many doubts about they could fire in the morning. Isn't that so bad for the employee? Actually, I don't want to work this kind of places.
