What natural phenomena in the place you live you look forward to admire every year? What natural phenomena in the place you live you look forward to admire every year? When I lived in a small town in Amurskaya region, I liked bird cherry tree blossom very much. There were many bird cherry trees in the town, and in May all town was wrapped in a whitish haze and sweet tender aroma. I liked rhododendron blossom too. Hills around the town became rose, it was very beautiful. In Khabarovsk city where I live now, there are no much trees or bushes with beautiful flowers. But you can see here another splendid spectacle, floating of ice on Amur river. Every year I wait it with a great anxiety, because sometimes it is so fast that you have no enough time to admire it. So was this spring. In spite of the fact that I was watching the river every day through my window, I was late. At night the ice was blown away and at noon you could see just pity residues of it. It was a pitiful sight. However the river is clean of ice, it means that the summer comes soon!

When I lived in a small town in Amurskaya region, I liked bird thecherry tree blossom very much. There were many bird cherry trees in the town, and in May all thetown was wrapped in a whitish haze and a sweet tender aroma. I liked therhododendron blossom too. The hills around the town became rose-coloured;  it was very beautiful.

(Bird cherry tree doesn't translate so well into English - just "cherry tree" is fine)

In Khabarovsk city where I live now, there are not much many trees or bushes with beautiful flowers.
But here you can see here another splendid spectacle, thefloating of ice on theAmur river. Every year I wait it with a great anxiety (not sure if this is the best word - are you worried or excited? If you are worried then "anxiety" is OK :)), because sometimes it is so fast that you I don't have noenough time to admire it.
(Don't start a new paragraph it's still the same idea) So it was this spring. In spite of the fact that I was watching the river every day through my window, I was late. At night the ice was blown away and at noon you could see just pity (you could use "small" or "tiny" or even "pathetic" if you want to be colourful in you choice of words) residues of it. It was a pitiful sight.
However the river is clean clear of ice;, it means that the sSummer is coming comes soon!

There are only a few minor corrections to this notebook entry however sometimes the choice of words sounds Russian, which is fine because you are Russian! I have put a suggested re-phrasing under the line. Also the choice of words between American, British and Australian English differs slightly so other English speakers will have different opinions.

In London the only natural phenomena I look forward to is the sun. We NEVER get sun here, it's awful!
