I want a (true person) to have conversation with.

           Or 

I want a (true person) to make conversation.

 

Everything else is fine but I don't understand "true person". I think you might have had truthful/righteous person in mind. Anyways it's not a huge mistake.

yup, me too. I sign up italki to look for friends can help me to learn English, but some people only want to dating. I hate it.
