1. The subject 'I' comes usually before words ( For example, adverbs, adjectives, verbs, nouns, etc)
2. You are writing in the present tense. Say is the present form of the verb.
3. You have the correct words but they were in a incorrect order.
4.'Someone' is singular so you should add an 's' to the end of the verb, 'want'. That is generally the case but there are exceptions.
