duhk syu= read books, or go to school. i.e ngoh haih douh duhk syu. ( I am reading books) go siu pahng yauh duhk syu la. ( the kid went to school, or the kid read books) learn/ study sth , we will use" hohk or hohk jaahp" . So we can say: "hohk gwong dung wa hou laan ah." OR "gwong dung wa hou laan hohk ah." :)
