Today I woke up around 8 AM. I had a shower and then I had a breakfast as well. Then, I took my dog for a walk. and, wWhen I wentcame back to my house, my wife told me that we had to go buy wsome food because we will were going to have a meal with my parents.

Your last sentence was a run-on sentence (ie. too long). Native english speakers will often speak in run-on sentences (since they just keep adding words as they think of things) but if you are writing, it sounds better to break it down into 2 or 3 sentences like I have done above.
