This is a really cute story, I'm surprised by the number of ferrets too!

the veterinary clinic

My cat caught a cold. So I took her the veterinary clinic near my house.
One old man was waiting his turn.
His pets were ferrets.
I was not surprised by what he had brought, but I was surprised by the number of ferrets he had brought.
There were 12.
He put them in one basket and brought them to the vet .
They were so cute and he said something to them, like his real grand children.
Maybe he is really lonely and uses his all money for 12 ferrets.

These mistakes are very slight, and probably wouldn't be noticable when you are speaking!
