It has been spent two day holiday, Monday was account of republic day holiday, but passed two day i have done nothing, all two day i watched republic day celebration. on This time republic day celebration and watched some new film and spare time i take rest and slept.

We've had a two day public holiday. Monday was the public holiday, account of the republic, but I spent these two days doing nothing. I spent both days watching the republic day celebrations. During this holiday I watched some new films and in my spare time I rested and slept. 

When you talk about how you use time, you usually use the verb spend/spent.
