How to make nicer this email better??

Dear XXX,

I am writing this email because/as I'm (try and use contractions whenever possible)  am not sure whether I accepted your the invitation. I noticed that see there are two different times listed hours scheduled (10 am and 11am). and I'd appreciate if Could you could please confirm whether if 11am is the correct right time for my appointment? I would also be interested like to know if it will be a conference call or a personal interview.
