Type a lot, don't be afraid to just type whatever is on your mind. Ask people to correct you, then learn from your mistakes. Read a lot. And that will cover reading and writing. Speaking can only be obtained by you actually speaking... Try to speak more, with your friends/family, or people on the internet. Try to get skype sessions in exchange for you teaching them your language, if they want that. And for listening, that's easier as you have the option to listen to so much on the internet such as radio, audio books, youtube, movies/tv shows, etc.
