With the analysis and the comparison of the test score statistics, we can conclude: there is no significant change in class 3, which used the PPP approach. The mean score is from 19.97 points to 20 points, which improved by 0.03 points. Instead, there is a significant change in class 4, which used TBTA. The mean score is from 20 points to 21.52 points, which improved by 1.52 points. We can see that the mean score of the controlling class almost stays at the same stage while the mean score of the experimental class has been significantly increased. So it can be seen that the comprehension of reading in class 4 has been improved because of the application of TBTA.
