How to lose weight?
Hi, I'm going to try and lose weight. I want to lose 12-13 kilogram (it's about 25 pounds I think) in four weeks. I love football and gym that is why I hope it will not be very hard. But there is a problem-I eat every time when I have the opportunity and day by day and I return into a lazy pig. The battle of me against myself is going to be a tough/easy/difficult one. Anyway it will be fun.
