The water supporting a ship can also upset it. This sentence is a Chinese proverb.
水能载舟，亦能覆舟。（shui neng zai zhou, yi neng fu zhou.）这是一句中国谚语。

水（shui）means water, is also can extend to indicate the river, the sea, etc.
舟（zhou）is a kind of small boat.
能（neng）: be able to; be capable of
亦（yi）: at the same time
载（zai）-- v. carry; 覆（fu）--v. overturn; cover

The thing or person that is helped/enabled you to *gain the successful, but at the same time, these also have the power can to destroy you.                 gain success/become successful
帮助你获得成功的人活着事情，同时也有能力可以摧毁你。

No matter how successful you become got, be humble, try to being show/demonstrate an attitude with that is respectful [peaceful] and grateful to face others, rather than show off.
无论你获得多大的成就，保持谦卑，试着以平和、心存感激的姿态对待其他人，而不是炫耀。

Even though you stand on/at the top now, be nice/ to the/your junior/subordinate, because Coz you don't know if next minute they will still followed you or react against you.
无论你现在是否站在顶端，对下级好一些。因为你不知道下一秒，他们是否会继续跟随你，或者反抗你。
