English as a second language

I started learning English 13 years ago in school but I didn't benefit from it and I (still) don't know a lot of vocabulary and have some mistakes in grammar. I'm excellent at reading English but when I meet someone who speaks English fluently I think a lot before I speak. I have a serious problem in speaking and I hope to improve.
