Which one do you prefer ?

Today our professor talked about drama and literature. He explained how a written story is different from its play or film version. Whenever you are reading a story or a poem, you try to imagine things, like people, the way they talk and wear. You try to imagine the weather and the light. As you see by reading a story, you are using your imagination and your own ideology about what the story is trying to put into words, but you are not as free as to imagine everything while you are watching a film or a play at the theater. Your job is to watch and feel and then to talk about it. As you see, your imagination has been limited. All in all I say the beauty of literature comes from having this quality in which any individual can come up with a new and special point of view from a written work.
