My free time.

I have three children. They are lovely as angels, but sometimes they're devils. So I'm pretty busy during the daytime. My free time comes after the children were are asleeping. Then, sometimes I'm a little bit sleepy the next day.

{You could also say, "My free time comes after the children are asleep, so then sometimes I stay up late...and then am a bit sleepy the next day."
