Four languages -- it's too much!

I am currently trying to reinitiate my study of German, which I have not been studying for years. Every week when it is possible, I have an English class. I am studying in French, and my mother tongue is Russian.  And sometimes I have to deal with Spanish speakers. How can plurilingual people can manage so many different languages in their lives? Sometimes when I want to speak German, English words come out.
