what are an extreme interview? An extreme interview is a strange new to hire a employment, I think, it consits to ask same bizarre and embarrased questions at canditates to get the job. For example I read in a newspaper that the best important thing is to see how the candidate react and as not the skill. In these kind of questions there is one of them that consited the candidate should become in a chicken and you can see how the candidate flaps their arms, and making clucking noises round the entreviewer. Personally I think is a way very embarrased and humiliate an unemployed because maybe, it may cause some frustation and more despair, I think the situation's unemployment is is not good, and we shouldn't contribute to make worse.

Hello Tonia,

I have heard about these interviews but never attended one thankfully, maybe I wouldn't be suited to one of these jobs anyway but I think I would get up and walk out if I was subjected to one of these interviews!

Be careful with adjectives about feelings - the -ed version is how you feel and the -ng version is the effect something has on you. 'The questions were so embarrassing, I felt embarrassed.

Hope this helps

what is an extreme interview?

An extreme interview is a strange new way to hire an employee, I think, it consists of asking the candidates bizarre and embarrassing questions. For example I read in a newspaper that the most important thing is to see how the candidate reacts; his or her skills are not as important. In these kinds of questions there is one that suggests that the candidate act* like a chicken and then you can see how the candidate flaps his/her arms, and makes clucking noises.
Personally I think this is an embarrassing and humiliating experience for a candidate because maybe, it will cause more frustation and  despair.  I think the unemployment situation is is not good,
and we shouldn't be making it any worse.

* the candidate act--el subjuntivo en ingles, despues de "suggest"

these kinds---these es plural, es necessario que "kinds" sea plural
