My application for Audit job in Deloitte (Any suggestion are highly appreciated) Question: Please prepare a short paragraph to describe why you are interested in your selected job position and what career objectives you want to achieve in Deloitte? My answer: There are mainly two parts of the reason why I am applying for this job: Clear career path and talented colleague in team. Since the Deloitte is the world’s largest auditor and offers clear career path, I definitely will gain knowledge and experience in the different technical aspects of financial and performance audit work. Good training and developing are expected, meanwhile the career path makes me keep motivated in work. As for my personal career objectives that included short-term objectives and long-term objectives. Short-term objective is the objectives which is viable recently, like self-learning, engaging some professional accountancy qualification. And long-term objective is toward to the higher level position which is the bigger future, but maintain a focused attitude, responsible for current working objectives, delivering to time, budget and quality. Another part is talented colleague, it is important that I shall obtain and demonstrate a strong team working ethos, establish and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally. Better in a good team all of these will makes my own strengths and potential possible, and stimulate individual growing. What is more important is the trend of individuals in an excellent team will have a strong desire to pursue a continually develop themselves both by securing a professional qualification and ensuring the knowledge and skills are kept up to date.
