Referendum in

Tomorrow here in Italy, all Italians are going to vote.
The State of Italy has organized a referendum called ''referendum of the oil rigs''.
There are many drills in the Mediterranean sea, and Italians have to choose if the State must give to these the oil companies another concession for taking the petrol in the sea/out of the sea when their contracts will finish expire or if instead they should dismantle the drills in the sea. It is a serious problem. On the one part/ on the one hand there are some politicians who say it is better to dismantle them because of pollution and damages to  the habitat , but on the other part/ on the other hand there are also political parties who say if they will dismantle the drills , thousands of workers would loose their jobs, and society would move to the other side; therefore, we Italians would be dependent on the oil of the North African countries( much more than we already are now...), so I have big doubts. Anyway, I must go to vote, as all people should do because it's a form of respect towards our ancestors who died for the right to vote...
In truth, and in my opinion,  there are more important problems which should be discussed at the/at a referendum such as the unemployment of young people, emigration, and so on and so on....
