* Instead of "In conclusion" you could say "In the long run we agreed . . ." or "In the end, we decided . . ." (I just learned the expression 結局 yesterday in a book).
** Or, if it sounds better, you can say "the fusion of our creativity and their physical ability is all we need . . ."
