Aku belajar Bahasa Malayu untuk bercakap dan berbaca dalam Malaysia.

1) "Aku" is okay if you're talking to a close friend. "Saya" is easier to use. It sounds polite and normal.

2) "Berbaca" should be "Membaca" instead because "to read" is a transitive verb. 

     The prefix ber- is for intransitive verbs. (These rules apply most of the time but sometimes, they do not.)

3) "Malaysia" should be "Bahasa Malaysia" or "Bahasa Melayu". "Malaysia" is the country. "Bahasa Malaysia", " Bahasa Melayu" are the language. If you are talking about "in Malaysia" as in "in the country Malaysia", it should be " di Malaysia". (di = in, at - for physical location) 

After correction: Saya belajar Bahasa Malaysia/Melayu untuk bercakap dan membaca di Malaysia.

Aku(1) belajar Bahasa Malayu untuk bercakap dan mem(2) baca di(3) Malaysia.

Explanation:
1) Use "aku" only with friends. With stranger/ respected people, better use "saya"

2) mem + baca

3) if you are saying "speaking & reading in malaysia" then you should use "di"
"dalam = inside"

* It is more polite to use the word "saya" although "aku" is technically correct.

* I suggest to replace to "bahasa tersebut" at the end so that it doesn't appear to be repetitive.
