"SIXTH SENSE" Description of a movie. Correct this, please.
Please help me to correct this. Thanks in advance.
The Sixth Sense begins on the night Dr. Malcolm Crowe, a well-respected child psychologist, receives honors for his years of work. That night, Vincent Grey, an old patient of his, breaks into Malcolm’s home, and accuses Malcolm of failing to help him of all his problems when he was a child. After that, Vincent shoots Malcolm in front of his wife, Anna, as she stands there helpless. Then Vincent shot himself.
Since the shooting, his wife no longer pays attention to him, and he feels shut out. At the same time, Dr. Malcolm meets a boy called Cole Sear, who has the same symptoms that Vincent as a child. That’s why he decides to help Cole, because he doesn’t want the boy to end up like Vincent, his old patient.
When they just met, Cole didn’t open up with Malcolm, but eventually he does come to trust him, and tells him that he sees dead people every day of his life, and that they don’t know they are dead. Malcom believes him, and tells Cole that the ghosts are probably just looking for help rather than trying to terrorize him, and he recommends Cole to listen to them.
It turns out that Malcolm is right, and Cole now understands he can coexist with the ghosts without fear, and he begins to live a more normal life. Satisfied that he has helped cure Cole, Malcolm sets out to fix his broken relationship with his wife, and Cole recommends him talk to Anna while she sleeps.
Malcolm takes Cole’s advice, and talks to her while she's sleeping. Still sleeping, she asks him why he left her, and drops his wedding ring on the floor. Malcolm comes to the horrible realization that he didn’t survive Vincent’s gunshot that night, and that he’s actually a ghost himself. Malcolm tells Anna that he loves her, and that she has never been second in his life. Finally, at peace with himself, Malcolm moves on from the living world and into the light—wherever that takes him.

Excellent synopsis. I've made just a couple of small corrections.
