(1) "affinché" governs both subordinate clauses ("tu abbia un po' di compagnia", "non rimanga in silenzio") and "e" coordinates them; you don't need "che".
(2) I'm not sure about the meaning of "dicono che tu sia stato molto calmata ultimamente". Could you write it in French?
