The book you sent me or to me? I know that i cant say : i sent to you a book I should say : i sent him a book or i sent a book to you But: what i wrote is a noun clause , if i am not mistaken, so i am confused Should i say ,, the book that you sent to me or me Thanks in advance

i would personally drop the "to". The book you sent me. This sounds a little less formal, but is normal.

Native speakers use both of these expressions "sent me" / "sent to me"

You can say I sent you a book or I sent a book to you, both are fine The book that you sent to me and the book you sent me are normal everyday speech
