First question is worded correctly Answer is anything. You can ask them how their day is going or when they started to do uber. Basically ask any question that can result in fluid conversion of small questions and answers. What kind of conversation should I have with my uber driver? Answer is just normal daily conversation. Basically treat them like a friend of a friend that you just meet if you really want to have a conversation with them. That's just my opinion. When I'm in an uber I don't always talk to them. Just depends how the vibe feels.
