I live in the city; it's a busy and crowded place, but I still like to walk around. If I can find a nice bench, I'd love to sit on it and have a coffee, sometimes read a book and watch around to see what is going on. Great job! If you like walking slowly, you can say "take a stroll". Stroll = to walk somewhere in a slow relaxed way (Oxford dictionary). For example: "I generally go outside and take a stroll..." What do you mean by "get out of time"?
