In thinking about this more, a better way to explain it is that it depends on the focus of the report. If the report analyzes the criticalities (important points of success/failure) in a process, then use that term. If it is a critical (generally important) analysis of a process, then use that term. Hopefully that's clearer!

Hello Beatrice,
"Criticality" seems to have a specific meaning in English, and is used to talk about nuclear reactors or government analyses. Your first sentence sounds more natural and to the ear and would be less likely to cause confusion in most situations.
Good luck! Your report sounds important! :)

Here are my thoughts...
Criticality Analysis Process Model - based on a government website I have just looked at.
Or just criticality analysis.
This helps pinpoint the criticalities (the most important, or critical parts) of a process.
Some steps may be critical. Without them, the process will fail.

Hello Beatrice,
Option 1 is correct (of the two). In English we would say a critical process analysis model (or analysis model to shorten it up).
By the way, in option two, I don't think criticality is a word. Critically is a word, but again, choose option 1.
