It is a familiar misspelling of "kind of" meaning "rather" or "quite." And it is generally used only in texting, emails or social media with peers or as a sort of dialect in written dialogue, to show how someone sounded when saying "kind of." "Kind of" or "kinda" are what we call "filler words." They don't have a lot of meaning anymore. But the vague meaning implies some small amount of doubt or lack of full commitment to an idea: "I wish I were rich." (I am committed to this idea. I definitely want this to happen.) "I kinda wish I were rich." (The idea seems nice to me, but I'm not sure if it would be as wonderful a thing as I imagine it would be.)

It won’t let me answer Adrian. I’m guessing because of AAVE content.
