I’m trying to develop a more regular daily schedule in order to live more healthily. I thought that if I got up earlier, I would be awake longer, so I could have more time to do more things. However, even though I do get up earlier, I can only keep my maximum efficiency before noon. As a result, the time I spend on finishing tasks hasn’t increased. I realized that my concentration had a limit, so if I got up early and made full use of all morning, there wouldn’t be much concentration left for the afternoon and evening, and I ended up procrastinating.

I’m trying to develop a more regular daily schedule geared towards healthy living. Were I to get up earlier, I thought I might remain awake longer and have time to do more things. However, in spite of getting up earlier, I can only maintain my maximum efficiency until noon. As a result, my time spent finishing tasks hasn’t increased. I realize now that my power of concentration has its limit. Waking early and being active in the morning leaves little of it remaining in the afternoon and evening, when I start to procrastinate.
"Until" is a better word than "before" because it indicates that the efficiency stops at noon. "Before" doesn't do that.

I’m trying to develop a more regular daily schedule /routine in order to live more healthily. I thought that, if I got up earlier, I would be awake longer, so I could have more time to do (more) things. However, even though I do get up earlier, I can only (keep my) /work at maximum efficiency before noon. As a result, the time I spend on finishing tasks hasn’t increased. I realized that my concentration had a limit, so if I got up early and made full use of (all) the morning, there wouldn’t be much concentration left for the afternoon and evening, and I ended up procrastinating.
Well-written and, I think, true - we only have 'so much' ie a fixed amount of mental energy, and when it's exhausted, we struggle to do more work.

Very well written! Many times I feel the same way.
